Terms of Use
1. Service
Restaurant Mix & Match ("RMM") is a Wix app that helps site owners configure existing Wix Restaurant items for build-your-own boxes, packs and combos with repeatable choices. RMM creates and manages native Wix Restaurant configuration and provides a compact customer selector before handing orders to Wix.
2. Eligibility and Wix account
You must have authority to install and configure apps on the relevant Wix site. Required Wix products, online ordering capability and supported Restaurant item structures must be present for RMM to function.
3. Your responsibilities
- Review previews and resulting Restaurant configuration before relying on it.
- Keep menu names, prices, surcharges, availability, taxes, fulfilment and customer information accurate in Wix.
- Use Reset before uninstall where practical when you want RMM-created configuration removed.
- Do not use the app in a way that violates law, Wix terms, or the rights of others.
4. Pricing and billing
Paid subscriptions and free trials are offered and billed through Wix. Prices, billing periods, trial eligibility, cancellation, taxes and payment processing are presented by Wix at purchase. Your Wix subscription controls paid management access inside RMM.
5. Platform dependency and Developer Preview
RMM depends on Wix APIs and services, including Wix Restaurants Item Modifier Groups, which Wix currently labels Developer Preview. Wix may change platform behavior or APIs. We may need to update, limit or temporarily suspend affected functionality in response to Wix platform changes.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep RMM reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may change to maintain compatibility, security, legal compliance or product quality. Material launch limitations are described in the App Market listing and project documentation.
7. No replacement for Wix services
RMM does not replace Wix cart, checkout, payment, Restaurant orders or fulfilment. Those services are provided by Wix and remain subject to Wix's terms, availability and policies.
8. Data and privacy
Use of information is described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Warranty and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RMM is provided without guarantees that it will meet every menu design or business requirement. You should verify consequential menu changes and maintain appropriate business records. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Suspension and termination
You may cancel your Wix app subscription or uninstall the app using Wix's controls. Loss of paid access may prevent new configuration changes. Existing Wix Restaurant resources created while RMM was active may remain until they are Reset or otherwise changed through Wix; do not assume cancellation automatically reverses prior Restaurant configuration.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms when the app, Wix platform requirements, pricing or legal requirements change. The effective date above will be updated for material changes.
