Support
Use the support/contact option on the Restaurant Mix & Match listing in the Wix App Market. You can also contact the developer through the public GitHub profile at github.com/OwainWilgar.
What to include
- The affected Restaurant item name.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- Whether the issue is in setup, Preview, Apply, Reset, the customer selector, cart or checkout.
- The App instance ID and installed app version from the Dashboard's collapsed Support details when available.
Please do not send payment-card details, customer passwords, or other unnecessary sensitive information.
What RMM support covers
Installation and entitlement issues, Mix & Match setup, generated Restaurant configuration, customer selector behavior, Wix cart/order handoff, Reset/recovery behavior, and compatibility problems caused by supported Wix platform changes.
Wix-wide issues
Checkout, payment, hosting, Restaurant Orders or other Wix-wide outages may need to be handled through Wix Support or Wix service-status channels. RMM support can help distinguish an app issue from a platform issue.
